Mobility 101 is designed + facilitated by Ryan Murphy and will include both Theory/Perspective sections, but also lots of Practices + Exercises to use to improve flexibility, coordination and move with greater ease.
The workshop is 3 hours and can be used as continuing education credits for Kinesiologists & some Personal Trainers and Fitness/Yoga Teachers.
